Stacking.NYC offers a 14-day return policy on all non-bullion products. You may request either a refund or an exchange for items of equal value.
Bullion items may not be returned, but they may be sold back to us at current market prices.
If the product was delivered in error or is defective, Stacking.NYC will cover the shipping costs associated with returning and/or replacing the product. If the customer ordered the product incorrectly or changed their mind, they will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping costs.
